We believe that every person in our church who believes in Jesus is uniquely gifted by Him to serve in ministry. Church should never be a spectator's sport. The job of church leaders, according to Ephesians 4, is to work ourselves out of a job as we equip the people of God in our fellowship to do the work of the ministry. Everyone is a "10" somewhere and we work hard to help each person find the area of ministry that is just right for them.
